What do you think to this type of management? If you don’t want the job, you are hurting yourself by staying…and hurting your company by not being fully committed.

If you are seeking to move up in your company, you need to sow that specific commitment. You reap what you sow. What you put into your job, you will harvest. If you are sowing commitment, integrity and relationship skills, you will reap promotions, bonuses and job satisfaction.
Finding your dream job isn’t easy with today’s job market, but if you are not fully committed, you are hurting your dreams and hurting your employer’s company. Working is a privilege not a guarantee or basic human right. If you want to succeed in your career you have to sow into your career success.
Sit down and think about your career path. Imagine if your boss offered you £5000 to leave what would you do?
