Our client are an independent commercial property specialists. Their independence ensures they always act in the best interest of their clients in securing the most successful outcome.

They identify ways to minimise corporate costs on an historic and ongoing basis. They then build our recovery strategy and reclaim money that has been overpaid. Their specialist auditors are able to identify opportunities, often where others have tried and failed.

Operating across all property and sector types from large Industrial Warehouses to small independent shops, they identify the properties that have typically overpaid business rates, calculate the savings, manage the process, and present their clients with the results.

We are looking to engage with sales professionals who are interested in earning a significant income (average £50-70k) that fits their self-worth and lifestyle.

This opportunity provides the ability to design your own working hours, working on a self-employed basis.

Only qualification you need is to be an experienced Business Development professional with an SME client network?

This unique self-employed role involves utilising your industry contacts and referring businesses that may be eligible for Local Authority Reliefs, reductions, exemptions, and substantial rebates on their business rates payments. 

We would be keen to discuss with entrepreneurs who have a Business Development background, and have worked in sectors across Merchant Terminals, Telecoms, Broadband, Utilities, Water, Business Rates or Commercial Letting.
