Surveyor (Ref: CC65)

Working for a national company specialising in replacement conservatory roofs as a Surveyor, you will be expected to undertake 2 surveys a day 

You will be carrying out detailed conservatory roof technical surveys for all conservatory roof types including UPVC, aluminium, wood and leadwork.

The role is self employed, commission only

You must have;

• Extensive knowledge of conservatory roofs

• Full driving licence

• Good customer service skills

• Flexibility in working hours

• Full time availability

• Public liability insurance

• Knowledge of building and planning regulations is desirable

Your role;

• Meeting with customer at their home and reviewing the contract sols

• Carrying out comprehensive survey to determine manufacturing sizes

• Identify discrepancies between the contract sold and the final works to be carried out

• Liaising with Contracts Manager regarding alterations to the contract

• Producing drawings for planning applications, building regulations and order processing as necessary for each installation

• Offer technical support to the installations team

• Earning potential of £50-60k+
