Role Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting our products through warm leads, securing sales, and developing long-term client relationships. This remote-based role involves managing a personal client portfolio, meeting monthly sales targets, and providing exceptional service through regular follow-up calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients and manage inbound leads.
  • Articulate the value and advantages of our products, tailoring offerings to client needs.
  • Negotiate effectively and address client objections.
  • Create and maintain long-standing client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to align with customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage your own client base.
  • Generate new client engagement and retain existing clients.
  • Develop in-depth product expertise to become a market specialist.
  • Achieve ambitious sales and productivity targets.
  • Uphold a positive and professional approach, maintaining ethical conduct at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and promote our brand.
  • Comply with quality standards in accordance with OFT regulations.

Please be aware that this role is exclusively remote-based working from home – you must have a home office to apply for this role.

  • The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • You will receive a retainer of £24k per annum, with a tiered opportunity to genuinely earn £50-60k in your first year.

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude and a solid track record in sales, with at least two years of telephone-based sales experience.
  • Skilled in negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask effectively and manage time autonomously.
  • Keen understanding of customer needs and the competence to promote our products convincingly.
  • Reliable and committed, driven by self-motivation.
