Role Summary: 

As a Community Lead Generation Specialist, your primary focus will be on generating valuable leads for our sales team to convert. You’ll immerse yourself in local communities, engaging residents through door-to-door interactions and local events. Your goal? To introduce people to our exceptional broadband services and capture their interest, paving the way for successful sales conversions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a friendly ambassador for our brand within rural communities.
  • Initiate conversations with residents mainly through door-to-door visits, explaining our services, and sparking interest.
  • Represent us at local events, raising awareness and capturing potential customer details.
  • Utilise company iPads/tablets to record leads and customer insights, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A natural communicator with prior experience in customer-facing or lead generation roles.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and able to articulate the benefits of our broadband services in a compelling manner.
  • Must possess a full UK driving license and successfully complete a DBS check.
