Role Summary:

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, connecting with tenants and identifying opportunities to help them address housing disrepair issues. This is a field-based role requiring a proactive and driven individual who enjoys meeting new people and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach tenants in their homes to enquire about any outstanding repairs.
  • Conduct initial assessments of reported disrepair issues, documenting findings in a detailed repair report.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings to provide quotes for our services.
  • Secure client agreements and signed contracts for representation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working independently and approaching tenants in their homes.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable.

We Offer:

  • Significant earning potential: Earn £300 per completed case (£200 during the probationary period). Average OTE £72,000 and £144,000. Top performers can achieve impressive earnings, with our most successful representative currently completing 2-4 cases per day.
