Internal Account Manager

Our client is a unique creation to fulfil the demands of the Large Format Printing trade and the Visual Communications sector.  With their roots firmly established in the print and paper industries since 1932, they continue to build successfully on over seven decades of knowledge and experience, having the ability to evolve proactively in this rapidly developing sector.

Role and Responsibilities;

  • Minimum KPI of 100 outbound telephone dials per day.
  • Follow-up all sales opportunities will need following up to ensure maximum win rate.
  • Telesales to Silver and Bronze prospects and customers where the RSM will not be available for face-to-face calls.
  • Appointment setting for the two Regional Sales Managers – including customer qualification and grading to clarify the size and potential spend of clients
  • Spend monitoring & pipelineAnalysing cross-sell opportunities and establishing buying hierarchies and influencers within key clients
  • Reporting on given KPIs
  • Manage your workload and support other team members where necessary

What we are looking for;

  • You must have outbound telesales experience, and a proven track record to secure and grow business over the telephone.
  • You must have excellent IT skills.
  • You must be a sales hunter with the ability to close deals. You are customer focussed and ensure the customer always comes first with highly professional communication skills.
  • You must be able to work under pressure and strategise to meet the demands of the business and the customer.
