Our client is changing the sector by replacing heavy, outdated medical aids with modern, portable scooters that people genuinely feel proud to use. As an in-home consultant, you visit customers who have specifically requested a demonstration, helping them find a solution that fits their lifestyle and restores their everyday freedom.

How your days run

• Zero Cold Calling: Every visit is arranged for you by head-office marketing, giving you a full diary of 2–3 pre-booked appointments per day.
• In-Home Consultations: You arrive for relaxed, 90-minute appointments to understand what the customer needs and show them what is possible.
• Live Product Demos: You take the portable scooter out of your vehicle and let the customer take it for a test drive, helping them see their confidence return firsthand.
• Simple Admin: Log brief visit notes on your tablet or sales software, while the central operations team handles customer deliveries and after-sales care.

How you get paid

• £70,000 – £95,000 Realistic OTE: Achievable baseline income on a self-employed, commission-only basis for consultants running regular daily visits, with top performers earning into six figures.
• Paid in 14 Days: Straightforward self-billing system with commission payments transferred automatically two weeks after each sales week.
• Commission on Head-Office Closures: If a customer needs time to think and later buys through the central follow-up team, you still receive full commission on the deal.
• £243,600 Annual Bonus Budget: Additional weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance incentives on top of standard commissions.

Your launch package

• £9,400 Setup Backing: The company covers over £9,400 in initial setup costs per partner, fully funding your training, uniform, and demonstration scooter.
• 4-Day Residential Training: A comprehensive onboarding course covering product technicalities, hands-on demonstrations, and consultative field skills.
• Tech Options: Choose between an optional pre-configured company iPad (£50 a week for 5 weeks) or simply use your own tablet.

The practical reality

• 100% Self-Employed: Commission-only with no basic salary – your earnings reflect your consultation consistency and closing ability.
• Time on the Road: Appointments are organised regionally, but driving times are typically 1 to 2 hours between customer visits.
• Core Schedule: Structured around Monday to Friday, with the option to take occasional Saturday bookings to boost your consultation numbers.
• Essential Setup: Requires a full UK driving licence, standard DBS check, public liability insurance, and a vehicle capable of transporting demo kit. To remove setup friction, free commercial van hire is provided for your first 4 weeks.
