This is not general gig work. Proven in-home or direct sales experience is non-negotiable — you need to have sat at a customer’s kitchen table and closed a high-ticket purchase before. Our client trains you to be an expert in water; it does not teach you how to sell. If that is not you, this role will not work out, and we would rather say so here than on a call.

How the money works

You are paid commission on every system installed, entirely uncapped, and what you earn scales directly with how many appointments you take. For a sense of scale, advisors working around 15 appointments a month earn approximately £60,000 a year. Top-up advisors work fewer than that by choice, so we will go through the maths with you on the call rather than quote a figure that assumes a diary you are not going to work.

Anything you source yourself carries a 25% uplift on top. Commission is paid once the system is installed, and installation runs a few weeks behind the sale — so this is a stream that builds, not a same-week payday.

Why the product sells

You need your own car and a full UK licence, comfort with a CRM and a tablet, and to be able to work within FCA requirements when finance comes up.
