We’re looking for a design-driven Sales Designer to run in-home appointments and guide customers through tailored staircase refurbishments that elevate their living space.

What you’ll do

• Attend in-home design consultations within a 90-minute travel radius
• Present bespoke staircase solutions using company iPad and software
• Convert warm leads into confident buyers through expert guidance
• Maintain accurate client records via the CRM system
• Represent the brand with professionalism, punctuality and passion

What we’re looking for

• Strong communicator with a flair for design and presentation
• Experience in sales, interiors or other client-facing roles
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Own vehicle, valid driving licence and high-spec Windows laptop
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
