Oak Tree Mobility was founded in 2008 by directors Ricky Towler and Tom Powell, who set out to create a mobility business that did things differently. Established as a reaction against poor customer service and tired-looking products, Oak Tree Mobility is a forward-thinking direct sales operation that truly adds value to people’s lives. They have empowered thousands nationwide to enjoy the independence they deserve through their range of British handmade rise and recline chairs, adjustable beds, and bath lifts.

The Challenge

When Citrus Connect first began working with Oak Tree Mobility in 2022, the recruitment process was focused on consistent hiring, with 20 placements being made per annum. To support their mission and maintain a strong national presence, Oak Tree Mobility needed a more refined approach to identify and retain top-tier talent.
