Regional Sales Manager – £80,000–£100,000 OTE | Self-Employed

We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in introducing energy-efficient conservatory roof replacements to homeowners. This is a self-employed, commission-only role for a results-driven leader.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in sales and team management
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A results-driven approach and a self-starter mindset
  • Prior experience in the conservatory or home improvement sector is a plus
