Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Canvasser Team Leader/Manager to work alongside our existing lead generation team to build and lead a high-performing canvassing team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate quality leads for our sales representatives through proactive engagement with potential customers in residential areas. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to take control of their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 2-3+ canvassers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent our products.
  • Motivate and coach the canvassing team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Implement effective canvassing strategies and territories to maximise lead generation opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse canvassing performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all canvassing activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads generated and report on team performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or lead generation, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in a team leader or management role, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Exceptional Earning Potential: Average income  £60,000 – £100,000, with a generous, uncapped commission structure rewarding your hard work with significant financial success. Top performers can achieve in excess of £100,000, and achieving £90,000 is a realistic goal for dedicated individuals.
