We’re seeking a passionate Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in the luxury interiors market to lead, inspire, and develop a team of talented Sales Designers.

• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Designers, enhancing their sales techniques and product knowledge
• Conduct regional sales meetings, oversee lead allocation, and monitor sales activities
• Drive performance to achieve sales targets and foster a culture of excellence within your region
• Play a key role in enhancing design processes and customer offerings

• Demonstrated success in sales within the luxury interiors or bespoke kitchen sector
• Strong leadership qualities with prior management experience
• Organised, driven, and able to manage by example
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
