What you’ll do

• Conduct professional in-home demonstrations of bespoke riser recliner chairs and adjustable beds
• Perform needs-based assessments to understand specific health and mobility requirements
• Showcase British-made craftsmanship and health benefits like circulation improvement and pressure relief
• Take bespoke measurements to ensure a “perfect fit” solution tailored to the individual
• Guide customers through their options and complete sales with a focus on 5-star service and aftercare
• Attend set time slots to allow for thorough, unhurried consultations

What we’re looking for

• Empathetic consultants with the emotional intelligence to assist elderly or vulnerable customers
• High-performance closers who are comfortable working with high-ticket items
• Highly organised and punctual professionals who take pride in their territory
• An ambassador for quality who maintains a professional appearance and builds immediate trust
• Physical ability to safely unload and transport heavy furniture into a customer’s home
• Must operate a Short Wheelbase (SWB) Transit Van and be proficient with a smartphone
• A clean Enhanced DBS check is mandatory
