What you’ll do
- Visit customers in their homes within a 65-mile radius of your base.
- Conduct home energy audits to present solutions that provide immediate financial savings.
- Use advanced software to create custom system designs while focusing on the customer’s needs.
- Act as a professional consultant, helping homeowners understand the ROI of energy independence.
- Manage the full sales process from the initial visit through to the final signature.
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays, to meet customers when they are home.
What we’re looking for
- Proven Sales Ability: You are comfortable leading a consultation and asking for the business.
- Coachability: Disciplined professionals who are willing to follow a proven, successful sales process.
- Communication Skills: The ability to explain financial concepts and system benefits simply and clearly.
- Resilience: A positive, target-driven mindset with the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using an iPad and bespoke software for administrative tasks and demonstrations.
- Professionalism: Well-presented and reliable with a customer-focused approach.
- Essential Mobility: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this field-based role.
