We are seeking a methodical and process-driven Kitchen Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding team. You will act as the vital technical bridge between our sales, design, and installation departments, ensuring every kitchen makeover is executed with flawless accuracy. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in eliminating installation issues before they even reach the fabrication stage.

What you’ll do

• Conduct comprehensive on-site kitchen surveys to capture precise measurements and technical specifications
• Accurately measure layouts, apertures, walls, service positions, and existing cabinetry
• Identify potential installation constraints, structural considerations, and required remedial works
• Generate accurate plans and layouts using AutoCAD and other CAD software
• Confirm material specifications, including door sizing, hinge positions, and company templating allowances
• Liaise with designers and installation teams to resolve technical queries prior to manufacture
• Ensure all survey documentation and technical notes are clearly recorded within internal systems

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in kitchen surveying, interior surveying, or a closely related field
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD software is essential
• Excellent numerical accuracy and spatial awareness with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience within kitchen refurbishment, joinery, or the home improvement sector is highly desirable
• Understanding of the company’s worktop templating and fabrication processes
• A proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A full UK driving licence is required for travel to customer homes
