“In 2008 I saw a gap in the recruitment market place, in 2009 I founded Citrus Connect Recruitment with my launch client, The Automobile Association. With my help and expertise, we grew their direct sales force from a 80 person headcount to 250 within 18 months.

I perfected a recruitment process so simple, easy and efficient to specifically recruit 'self-employed' direct sales personnel. We now work with clients in all industries and are sought after for our track and evaluate processes which gives you real time insights of the recruitment journey specific to your business. I started Citrus Connect Recruitment to share the power of direct sales and how it can completely transform lives, today we recruit for all types of sales roles from canvassers, telesales to direct sales personnel. And now recruiting for sales managers and directors across all sectors.”

Message from our Founder

“Choosing my graduate subject was never a difficult choice for me, of course, I would choose International Politics. I wanted to see good in the world, I wanted to see a change in the world, a change for good! Working at the United Nations in New York was a great experience but also a realization that it will take more than a little ‘young’ me! Completing a PGCE to make a difference in children's lives was also so fulfilling, however, my childhood dream to be an entrepreneur never gave up on me! Saying that I was passionate that the business I built would make a philanthropic difference."

Worldwide philanthropy

Every year we will support a campaign that is close to the Founders’ heart. Currently, we are supporting Kings Ransom Foundation building orphanages in India, Kenya and Belize.

Who we help

Supporting Kings Ransom Foundation

With our help, we have given education, food, and sustainability to thousands of orphans. Recently, we have seen major increases in the price of goods due to inflation and supply chain issues. This has created problems for some of the orphanages we work closest with.

Supporting the Kings Ransom Foundation is investing in the future of children who would have no opportunities without our donations. We will legitimately transform generations. We put food in the mouths of orphans, give them the opportunity to receive an education that can pave a path of opportunity for themselves.
