Role Summary:
As an Area Venue Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead our promotional events, leading recruitment, venue selection, and event execution. Your leadership will be instrumental in assembling and nurturing a high-performing team to promote our products across diverse venues, including shopping centres, garden centres, markets, and shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and secure new, lucrative locations that cater to our customer demographic for product promotions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to your team, ensuring high standards are maintained and performance targets are met.
  • Design, construct, and set up eye-catching pop-up stands that draw in and engage the public, effectively promoting our product.
  • Take charge of logistics and manage the day-to-day operations of the promotional events within your designated area.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possession of a full driving licence is essential.
  • Proven experience in events management, team leadership, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, with the initial target of recruiting a minimum of 5 promotional staff.
