Exciting Opportunity: Area Venue Sales Manager Positions in Telford, Stafford, Derby and Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge – £32K + Bonuses

We are seeking two Area Venue Sales Managers to join our vibrant marketing team – one based around Telford, Stafford, or Derby, and another in Luton, Milton Keynes, or Cambridge. If you are passionate about creating and managing promotional events and have the ambition to drive success through team recruitment and development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process to assemble a high-performing team capable of manning promotional stands across various venues, including shopping centres, garden centres, markets, and shows.
  • Scout and secure new, lucrative locations that cater to our customer demographic for product promotions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to your team, ensuring high standards are maintained and performance targets are met.
  • Design, construct, and set up eye-catching pop-up stands that draw in and engage the public, effectively promoting our product.
  • Take charge of logistics and manage the day-to-day operations of the promotional events within your designated area.


  • Possession of a full driving licence is essential.
  • Proven experience in events management, team leadership, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, with the initial target of recruiting a minimum of 5 promotional staff.
