Canvasser Team Leader – £60,000–£100,000+ OTE | Self-Employed

We’re looking for a driven Canvasser Team Leader to build and manage a high-performing team of 2–3+ door-to-door canvassers. You’ll play a critical role in generating high-quality leads for our sales team by engaging potential customers at home and leading your team to consistently hit and exceed targets.

What you’ll do

• Recruit, train, and motivate a small canvassing team
• Generate high-quality leads through proactive residential engagement
• Coach and develop your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and optimise team effectiveness

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in canvassing, lead generation or direct sales
• Leadership experience with the ability to drive performance in others
• Great communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Motivated, organised and results-driven
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
