Our client is a truly British company that offers a broad range of home products: including rise & recliner chairs and adjustable beds. They employ 150 staff, 40 sales professionals who are supported by over 100 dedicated personnel operating from their Bristol city centre headquarters, to provide first-class customer relations and installation services. They have been operating for 10 years, representing tradition, support, reliability and Britishness which keeps people at the heart of their business – both customers and staff.
The role:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will attend appointments booked by their in-house telesales team in customers’ homes; helping them realise their own vision using a creative consultative approach (with a little help from their bespoke design software), you will quickly become an expert on their extensive range of products.
Their marketing department spends £6m on advertising every year, all appointments they make are from inbound enquiries, which create an average of 500-600 weekly enquiries for their Field Sales Consultants to follow up on each week.
