- Experience: Prior involvement with Saas (Software) sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Sales Acumen: Aptitude for developing new business accounts and implementing up/cross-selling tactics.

Role Overview:
- Meet or surpass stipulated sales targets by unearthing new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Maintain adherence to daily call KPI benchmarks.
- Engage in both inbound and outbound phone interactions, connecting with business magnates and decision-makers to arrange digital meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
- Guarantee the Business Development Executives maintain bustling schedules filled with high-quality meetings.
- Foster robust collaborations with your paired Business Development Executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks, inclusive of diary management.
Compensation:
- Starting at £23K base salary, with a realistic OTE of £30k-£40k, plus uncapped commission potential. Top performers in the team have an OTE ranging between £55k-£60k.
