- Guarantee the Business Development Executives maintain bustling schedules filled with high-quality meetings.
- Foster robust collaborations with your paired Business Development Executives.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure a quality schedule for Business Development Executives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in SaaS sales is advantageous.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continual learning in sales techniques.- Aptitude for developing new business accounts and implementing up/cross-selling tactics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We Offer:
- A starting salary of £23k with a realistic OTE of £30k-£40k, plus uncapped commission. Top performers in the team have an OTE ranging between £55k-£60k.
