Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities across various sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets and adhere to daily call KPI benchmarks.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls, arranging presentations for Business Development Executives.
  • Guarantee the Business Development Executives maintain bustling schedules filled with high-quality meetings.
  • Foster robust collaborations with your paired Business Development Executives.
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure a quality schedule for Business Development Executives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Tech-savvy:  Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is advantageous.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continual learning in sales techniques.-  Aptitude for developing new business accounts and implementing up/cross-selling tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Stellar customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Flexible, open-minded, and thrives in a high-tempo setting.
  • Heeds guidance and training from Sales Managers.

We Offer:

  • A starting salary of £23k with a realistic OTE of £30k-£40k, plus uncapped commission.  Top performers in the team have an OTE ranging between £55k-£60k.
