We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Regional Manager to provide vital operational support to our Sales Director and regional sales team. You will ensure day-to-day sales activity runs smoothly, appointments are covered, and company standards are consistently upheld.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the first line of support and guidance for field sales representatives
• Attend home appointments to cover customer visits or provide practical field support
• Provide short-term regional coverage for vacancies or unavailable representatives
• Manage daily operational queries to ensure the sales operation remains fully functional
• Promote company culture, professional standards, and ethical selling practices
• Support team performance through coaching, mentoring, and field-based training
• Implement new sales initiatives and provide regular activity feedback to the Sales Director

What we’re looking for

• Proven field sales experience, ideally in home demonstration or mobility environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach field-based teams
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility for UK-wide travel, including regular overnight stays
• A professional, ethical approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
• A full UK driving licence is essential
