Role Summary:

We are offering an extraordinary opportunity for a high-performing Sales Management professional to join our ranks as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing our dynamic sales force across the Southern Counties. This role is instrumental in propelling our market leadership forward, by fostering a culture of excellence among our Regional Showrooms and Sales Designers. You’ll employ your profound leadership skills to coach, mentor, and drive team performance, ensuring our sophisticated systems and design prowess translate into unparalleled customer experiences and sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and develop Sales Designers, focusing on enhancing sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Organise and conduct bi-monthly regional sales meetings to bolster team cohesion and performance.
  • Oversee lead allocation, sales activities, orders, and visit outcomes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Spearhead the recruitment and induction of new team members, integrating them into our culture of success.
  • Play a key role in enhancing our design processes and customer offerings through the development and adoption of advanced design tools.
  • Engage with broader strategic goals through participation in Executive Management Meetings and supporting R&D initiatives.

What We Offer:

  • An attractive On-target Earnings (OTE) package of £80,000 to £85,000, including a competitive basic salary of £40k.
  • Uncapped additional earning potential through Team Override, based on the performance of your sales team, and Personal Commission on your own sales.
