Regional Sales Manager – £130k–£150k OTE | Self-Employed
Lead a high-performance team. Drive regional growth. Define the standard of kitchen transformations.
Are you a seasoned leader from the kitchen industry ready to take full ownership of a massive territory? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our Sales Designer team across Northern England and Scotland. Managing everything North of Leicester, you will be the strategic force ensuring our customers receive the “Premium Product, Mid-Market Price” experience we are known for.
The 2026 Opportunity: Impact & Success
- First 6–12 Months: You will be responsible for optimising team performance across the North, moving regional conversion rates toward our 1-in-2 benchmark and building a culture of high-earning, elite Sales Designers.
- The “Why”: You aren’t just managing sales; you are protecting the integrity of the customer journey, ensuring expert advice and technical precision are delivered in every home.
What’s in it for you as a Regional Sales Manager
- Exceptional Financial Package: Realistic £130,000 – £150,000 OTE.
- Financial Security: A substantial £1,250 per week retainer to support your regional operations.
- Growth Rewards: Competitive overrides on all sales revenue generated by your regional team.
- Full Support: Comprehensive training in Windsor with all travel and accommodation expenses covered.
- Independence: The autonomy of a self-employed role backed by a powerhouse national brand.
What you’ll do
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and coach a remote team of Sales Designers to consistently exceed targets.
- Performance Excellence: Monitor KPIs and conversion rates, identifying and fixing bottlenecks in the sales process to ensure top-tier earnings for your team.
- Field Coaching: Provide ongoing in-field support, ensuring your team masters product knowledge in replacement doors and quartz overlays.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee all operations from Leicester to Scotland, driving revenue growth while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Integrity Management: Ensure the team prioritises honest, transparent quoting over high-pressure tactics.
