Role Summary:

As a Sales Agent (Account Manager), you will drive business growth by promoting and selling our Total Credit Management (TCM) package. This is a dynamic field sales role requiring a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients within your designated territory. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to delivering compelling presentations and securing new business. This is a target-driven role with a competitive commission structure and significant earning potential directly linked to your ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to generate new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to closing deals.
  • Confidently and persuasively present and sell our Total Credit Management (TCM) package.
  • Build strong rapport with clients, address objections effectively, and demonstrate the tangible value of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records and achieve sales targets.

  • Demonstrates excellent self-discipline, including effective time management, prospecting, and consistent lead follow-up.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, deliver compelling presentations, and effectively convey the value of our services.
  • Exhibits strong prospecting skills, with the ability to independently research and identify potential clients, supplementing company-provided leads.
  • Demonstrates compliance and ethical conduct, adhering to GDPR regulations in all client interactions.

  • High Earning Potential: A competitive commission structure where agents earn 20% commission on all subscription sales. Average income is £60k – £100k OTE (our highest-earning agents achieve £130k income).
