Role Summary:

Joining us as a Sales Executive means becoming a pivotal part of our customers’ kitchen transformation journey. In this role, you won’t just be selling; you’ll be a trusted advisor, helping homeowners across England, Scotland, and Wales discover the simple, cost-effective, and beautiful way to revitalise their kitchens. Our unique proposition – offering stunning makeovers without the need for a full, disruptive refit – provides a compelling narrative that resonates deeply with customers seeking quality and value. You’ll be instrumental in translating our vision of easy kitchen elegance into a tangible reality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging in-home consultations (maximum 90 min travel time from your home postcode).
  • Understand customer needs and offer expert advice on our wide range of made-to-measure doors, drawer fronts, and worktop solutions.
  • Showcase the variety of styles, materials (from premium solid wood to sleek quartz overlays), and finishes, helping clients visualise their dream kitchen.
  • Craft transparent, honest quotes and guide customers through our seamless process, often leading to rapid, one-day installations.
  • Deliver a service that transforms homes efficiently, backed by our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.

  • Comprehensive Training: A training programme tailored to your experience level, typically lasting between 1 to 3 days. All training expenses are fully covered, including travel and accommodation. Training sessions are conducted at our state-of-the-art factories. The duration and specific content of your training will be determined based on your prior sales experience and individual development needs. We aim to equip you with all the product knowledge and sales techniques required to excel in transforming our customers’ kitchens.
