As a Sales Executive, you will join a high-performing team where your earnings directly reflect your efforts, representing a family-run business that handles its entire product lifecycle in-house to guarantee quality.

What you’ll do
- Attend 2-3 pre-arranged appointments per day in customers’ homes.
- Conduct professional design consultations to help homeowners realise the potential of their properties.
- Showcase a premium range of bespoke, UK-made architectural products, including verandas, awnings, and insulated garage doors.
- Demonstrate the ability to “close on the day” during appointments typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
- Travel within a 75-mile radius of your location to meet with potential clients.
- Provide regular activity feedback and engage in ongoing 1:1 mentorship and technical support.
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within a direct sales or in-home environment.
- Strong closing ability and the confidence to conduct thorough design consultations.
- Genuine empathy for the customer and the ability to navigate their specific functional and aesthetic needs.
- Resilience and hunger to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- IT literacy and comfort using bespoke software systems for demonstrations and admin tasks.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills to represent a premium brand.
- Having your own vehicle and smartphone is essential for daily operations.
