Sales Representative – £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Office-Based

We’re looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our team in Doncaster to present and sell a diverse range of fine wines directly to consumers. This office-based position offers a solid basic salary, uncapped commission, and the chance to represent one of the UK’s most respected wine manufacturers.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of customer accounts
• Follow up on new enquiries and proactively generate new business
• Present and sell a diverse selection of high-quality wines to consumers
• Build and maintain long-term, professional client relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing
• Work from our Doncaster office with structured hours: 10 am – 7 pm Mon–Thurs and 10 am – 5 pm on Fridays

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in sales with a natural drive for closing new business
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional, engaging personality
• Strong organisational abilities to manage a busy account portfolio
• High level of personal standards and ethical selling practices
• Motivation to succeed within a target-driven, high-performance environment
• Experience in the wine industry is a plus, but not essential, as full training is provided
