Role Summary:
As a Surveyor, you’ll play a critical role in our success, conducting detailed technical surveys for all types of conservatory roofs including UPVC, aluminium, wood, and leadwork. This position offers the autonomy and flexibility of self-employment, with the potential to significantly impact your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct two surveys per day, ensuring a detailed and accurate assessment of conservatory roofs to determine manufacturing sizes.
  • Identify discrepancies between the contract sold and the final works to be carried out.
  • Liaising with the Contracts Manager regarding alterations to the contract.- Produce necessary drawings for planning applications, building regulations, and order processing.
  • Liaise with the Contracts Manager for any contract alterations.
  • Provide technical support to the installations team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge of conservatory roofs.
  • Possesses a full driving license and public liability insurance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and flexibility in working hours.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Knowledge of building and planning regulations is desirable.
