Working for a national company specialising in replacement conservatory roofs as a Surveyor, you will be expected to undertake 2 surveys per day. 

You will be carrying out detailed conservatory roof technical surveys for all conservatory roof types including UPVC, aluminium, wood and leadwork.

The role is self-employed, commission only with the earning potential of £50-60k+

You must have;

• Extensive knowledge of conservatory roofs
• Full driving licence
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility in working hours
• Full-time availability
• Public liability insurance
• Knowledge of building and planning regulations is desirable

Your role;

• Meeting with the customer at their home and reviewing the contract
• Carrying out a comprehensive survey to determine manufacturing sizes
• Identify discrepancies between the contract sold and the final works to be carried out
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager regarding alterations to the contract
• Producing drawings for planning applications, building regulations and order processing as necessary for each installation
• Offer technical support to the installations team
