Safestyle carries out thousands of installations every month, every bespoke window and door is manufactured in their UK state-of-art manufacturing facility. Their production facility spans 18 acres, employs 600 specialist staff and makes more than 6000 frames and 15000 double-glazed sealed units every week.
Recruiting a manager who can manage a mixture of self-employed Direct Sales Agents and canvassers and employed managers and tele-canvassing team can be tough. You need a manager who understands the concept and notion of self-employed direct sales, can manage and motivate those high-earning candidates but also have the finesse to be able to manage the PAYE team members who are key to the successful running of a branch.
