“A hiring manager will decide on whether or not to read your cv any further within 30 seconds and an experienced recruiter will make that decision within 6 seconds, therefore you’ve got to make sure that that first impression grabs the attention”

*What people are looking for in a post-covid world and how businesses need to adapt-

“We did a poll recently on LinkedIn and money did not rank at the top at all when it came to people looking for jobs. Value and culture are what people are looking for. They want to make a difference and add value to a business. They want to make sure that they’re working for a business that aligns with what they believe in so they can make a true difference.”

*The evolution of sales-

“Direct sales gives people the ability to have personal sovereignty when it comes to their finances. Since Covid, we’ve seen a massive increase in people wanting to take that responsibility into their own hands.”
